I have done everything Julie advised us to do as. But I was disappointed that she didn’t go any furter. There are all kind of companiesd that say they will help you with your idea but I’m afraid that they will be crooks. I’m asking where you go at this point, where ids a legimate person to go to that will help you get your idea to become a reality? Any ideas?

By putting your idea out there to your 10 friends, without a Patent , aren’t you taking a chance on it being stolen?

This is my idea, I put it on paper and mailed it to myself this Summer. I have asked several friends what they think and they all said they would buy it. I do not know how to go about making a prototype and need some advice, but again do not know where to go.

I have a billion dollar idea, the problem I have is turning it into a reality. I did all the things Julie said a person needs to do when they have an idea, however, all my friends say they would definitely buy it! but the one computer person I know says he doesn’t think it would work. With technology constantly changing daily I know it can work, I need a prototype and do not know how to go about making one. When I came up with the idea I put it on paper and mailed it to myself, I have had the envelope ever since (unopened). What is the idea? it’s the E-Magine All Notebook , this notebook does all the things an iPad and laptop does, but it can print right from the device, no “compatible parts” to hook up, just click on the icon, load the paper through the top of the device and the hard copy comes out of the bottom. Steve, do you think this idea is worth pursuing? please let me know.

By putting your idea on paper, mailing it to yourself, n leaving it in an unopened envelope, you did what is called a “Poor Man’s Copyright”. IT DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR IDEA. You need to register your idea with the
Library of Congress (it cost $35 if you e-file) or get a provisional patent. Your idea sounds great but you really need to protect it properly.

I would love for steve to try ID Me Bands at home or in the office. These unique bands have saved me hundreds of dollars protecting my little athlete. I put his jersey number around his water bottle using this unique cool band and now he doesn’t have to wonder which red or blue gatorade is his.

HI Mr. Harvey, First of all I am not on any pitty pot, long story short, I have not had alot to smile or laugh about for years now, but let me tell you that YOU CAN MAKE ME LAUGH! In 1995 I was injured and bla bla bla I’m sure you hear this stuff every day, sence this injury I went from an outgoing , strong woman to waist of space as I see it but not the way my husband of 33yrs. I can do alot of things but it has to be on my terms you see my injury caused me to have a nerve problem that was not hardly known of, RSD (reflex symthimatic dystorphy), depresion with suicidal and cutting tendecy due to pain. went through a pain program that kept me from my family for 3 months at a time you see I had to do it twice bla bla bla, it even put me in a syc ward but anyways, not having an incomeIi have tried all differnt kinds of things to help bring money in, you know these days it is so hard to survive on 1 income so I came up with an idea and tried to have it pateint but after scraping up $100.00 then 300.00 when the man said now I need 600.00 I could not pay anymore to have my idea turn into a product. It passed the DMV people, safty people, the police loved it but just can’t get it any further with no funds so I was hoping you could help me help my self so I can help my husband we both are in our 50′s and this is a way to help without begging for some kind of hand out and then the help will be over. If you are enterested in this product then I will tell you what it is ok? Just don’t want to put it out there for someone else to take over my idea. I really need a home of my own so I could put things in it that would help me with my RSD.that has now covered my whole left side and moving to the right side. The last time I left Standford university, my family and friends had a welcome home party and needless to say a horse took off my index finger on my RSD side and it will never heal I will forever have fantume pain and feel like it just happened forever. You see my luck just never was good since that horrible day at work. This RSD even caused me to lose family and friends cause they didn’t understand RSD. There are alot of things out there that can make life a little better and I think my idea would help. thanks Mr. Harvey

I have an idea for a new boot need advice on how to market it and produce it, i just lost my home to forclosure do to leaving my job to take care of my mom who just died in oct , now I ‘ve lost her and everything , ialso have become ill myself, but need to find way to live, so I came up with idea while taking care of my mom , i really like steves opion for admire him and saw where he once was homeless , the boot I want to call , amazing grace, in tribute to my mom, the boot would be something i;ve not seen in any other boot , her feet stayed cold and cracked from dry skin, i would like to make a boot , with moisterized linning in boot, with a insole that is heated , and scented pocket , to keep boot smelling fresh, and memory foam for comfort, so these boots would stand out from others, because , offer comfort , moisturizing , heated , and smell good as well, and would have a embellished charm hanging of angel wing hanging on boot with logo AG , for amazing Grace boots, any advice , would be appreciated. I just need some hope.

my idea is a message heat computer chair..i have a bad back myself & I have bought thoes chai pad’s..pillows..ect..nothing seem’s to work..so I thought why not build a computer chair with it all built in..ty for your time.
