“THE ART OF THE DEAL” is explained in Part 3, Chapter 12 of Steve’s New York Times Best-Seller, “Straight Talk, No Chaser”. Get a few tips on how to make the deal below.

Men are natural deal-makers, meaning “You do something for me, I’ll do something for you”. Follow these three simple tips in the following order to get what you want from your man.

Forget about winning or losing.
It does not matter if you win or lose the discussion if at the end you get what you want. So do not approach the conversation with the need to win.

Find out what he likes to do
To negotiate this deal, you will need to know what he wants in return. Ask him what does he like to do, what does he like to get and/or what does he enjoy doing. You will need this information to make your deal.

Give Something to Get Something
Tell him that he will get what he wants if he provides you with what you need. Its very important to tell him what he gets first, before you make your demand. He will be so fixated on the possibility of his reward that he will agree to what you want to get his reward.
